What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom Customer Service Representative position at Pella Windows and Doors by Gunton Corporation?
We’re looking for a positive, energetic team member who enjoys helping customers and working in a team environment. If you’re friendly, dependable, and ready to learn, we’d love to have you join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers in our store
- Help customers make product selections
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Prepare quotes and estimates for our Outside Sales Team
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at the Showroom location Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- College degree is a plus.
