Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures
- Maintain a high standard of medical ethics at all times
- Perform daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, including patient scheduling and equipment maintenance
- Report and troubleshoot equipment failures
- Conduct quality assessment (QA) to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- RDMS certification required
- RVT or RDCS certification required
- Previous hospital experience essential
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS certification required
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills associated with duties listed
- Willingness to complete further education or certification as required by the department
Work Environment:
This is a part-time weekend position, requiring Saturday and Sunday availability from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
