Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
- Greet walk-in customors in the Hays office and help them with product demonstrations and sales and service needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and input data into Salesforce.
- Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision and goals.
- Building rapport with customers.
- Manage ordered jobs in order management system from order through delivery.
- Coordinate with homeowners and installers to establish install dates.
- Assume all communication responsibilities with the customers regarding their projects.
- Work with customers in the Hays location on product pick up.
- Help with calls for accounts receivable.
- Initiate service requests for contractor and homeowner customers.
- Field calls/e-mails from customers and generate quotes.
- Receive take offs from outside sales rep and generate quotes.
- Evaluate blueprints and generate quotes for customers.
- Work with delivery personnel from Wichita to receive product and scan to Hays location.
- Keep products organized and protected from potential damage
- Work with local installers to load up jobs and scan product out of back room.
- Help to keep showroom area tidy and presentable to customers.
- Manage petty cash and ensure needed office materials are in stock.
- Work with outside rep to aid in obtaining samples in the field.
- Potentially run small sales calls as needed.
- Jobsite checks.
- Aid in delivery of small parts and pieces to contractor customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 year background in customer service, sales or another related field.
- Must be an outgoing person with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Organizational, social and customer focus skills are necessary.
- Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong math skills and good data entry skills are required.
- A high level of energy, confidence and top notch customer service.
