What You’ll Do
- Perform service repairs and adjustments on windows and doors
- Troubleshoot product and installation issues in the field
- Work directly with homeowners to ensure a positive service experience
- Safely transport materials, tools, and products to job sites
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with internal teams
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Carpentry, construction, mechanical, or service repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
- Comfortable using power tools and working in varying environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
