As an In-Home Window & Door Salesperson, you will present Pella’s premium window and door solutions to homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to a purchase. Your focus will be delivering a best-in-class customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a structured in-home sales presentation
- Provide a quote at every appointment
- Drive toward a first-visit close and execute timely follow-up (within 24 hours)
- Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
- Maintain a 100% “Very Satisfied” customer experience
- Be available for evening and Saturday appointments
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements
- 2 years of In-Home Sales experience is required
- Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds

Compensation
- ~$45k - $350k
- 100% commission eligible
- Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus programs
