About the Role

As an In-Home Window & Door Salesperson, you will present Pella’s premium window and door solutions to homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to a purchase. Your focus will be delivering a best-in-class customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Pella Windows & Doors of CT-NY is the exclusive independent distributor of Pella products across Connecticut and the Hudson Valley. Recently acquired by Army veterans Michael Maniaci and Miles Kirwin, we are a fast-growing, mission-driven team focused on delivering high-quality products, exceptional service, and long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a structured in-home sales presentation 
  • Provide a quote at every appointment 
  • Drive toward a first-visit close and execute timely follow-up (within 24 hours) 
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships 
  • Maintain a 100% “Very Satisfied” customer experience 
  • Be available for evening and Saturday appointments


Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements
  • 2 years of In-Home Sales experience is required
  • Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds

Compensation

  • ~$45k - $350k
  • 100% commission eligible
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus programs
