- Showcase Expertise: Demonstrate Pella’s innovative products and explain customization, energy efficiency, and design features.
- Drive Sales: Generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and assist with quotes
- Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays with new products.
- Boost Marketing: Plan and support local events (open houses, community outreach). Create engaging social media content and respond to inquiries. Assist with email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Follow Up: Ensure timely communication and accurate CRM records.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience in retail, design, customer service, or marketing (home improvement a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for design.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media.
