The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
What is the job?
- Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
- Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
- Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
- Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
- Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Days/Hours
- 1st shift (8 hours) 7:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
- Overtime is at beginning of shift so 10 hour day begins at 5 a.m., 9 hour day begins at 6 a.m.
2nd Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM 8 Hours
- Overtime is at the end of shift. 10 hr shift ends at 1:10 AM and 9 hour shift ends at 12:10 AM
Qualifications
- Pass pre-employment tests, as required.
- Pass the pre-work ability screen, as required.
- Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs.
