Description: Instructional Strategist
Job Summary: Pella Community School District is seeking highly motivated, quality applicants to fill an opening for a Special Education Teacher at Jefferson Intermediate School for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion for student achievement and strive for continued improvement. The team is highly collaborative and committed to providing high-level learning opportunities for each student. 

Qualifications: Valid Iowa Teacher License, Special Ed Endorsement; Strat I
