Early Education - 4th Grade Principal

Pella Christian Grade School is prayerfully seeking applicants for an Early Education through Fourth Grade Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Due to continued enrollment and hiring growth, our current Early Education to 8th Grade Principal position is being divided into two positions. It is with great excitement and anticipation that we look forward to seeing how God will continue to build our program through the skills, talents, and heart of an additional leader.

Pella Christian is a Teaching for Transformation school that is walking through strategic planning and master campus planning to set up and strengthen Christian education for years to come. We are currently seeking to add a qualified administrator who loves Jesus, is passionate about a calling to journey with students, embraces collaboration, and desires to facilitate high-quality, student-centered learning.
