Pella Christian is rooted in the Reformed faith and firmly believe that God is sovereign over all areas of life and learning, including our curricular and co-curricular activities. Recent Professional Development for teachers has focused on Teaching for Transformation, Deeper Learning, Student Support Services, and peer collaboration.
We are seeking highly qualified individuals who are in full agreement with Pella Christian’s Statement of Faith. Pella Christian Grade School and Pella Christian High School are accredited by Christian Schools International (CSI). Applicants must possess or be able to obtain proper licensure/endorsements as described in the job description.

Teacher candidates may be invited to visit campus for an interview and to teach an appropriate lesson. When a visit or teaching opportunity is not possible, candidates may be invited to interview through Zoom and asked to send a video recording of a class they’ve taught
Kindergarten Aide – Spanish Immersion
Pella Christian Schools – Grade School is seeking an aide in the Spanish Immersion kindergarten classroom. The hours are each morning from 8:00 a.m. – noon each day school is in session. This position will begin in early February 2026 through the end of the school year. Applicants should be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
