Pella Christian is rooted in the Reformed faith and firmly believe that God is sovereign over all areas of life and learning, including our curricular and co-curricular activities. Recent Professional Development for teachers has focused on Teaching for Transformation, Deeper Learning, Student Support Services, and peer collaboration.
We are seeking highly qualified individuals who are in full agreement with Pella Christian’s Statement of Faith. Pella Christian Grade School and Pella Christian High School are accredited by Christian Schools International (CSI). Applicants must possess or be able to obtain proper licensure/endorsements as described in the job description.

GS Administrative Assistant
Pella Christian Schools is seeking an administrative assistant who demonstrates a genuine love for God’s children and a commitment to our mission of empowering God’s children to join in His restorative work. Hourly position with a minimum of 190 workdays aligned to the school calendar, plus 15-20 hours/week in the summer or full year scheduling option. Responsibilities include serving as a welcoming presence to students, families, and the community, managing student records, coordinating scheduling and staffing, supporting facilities needs, processing orders, and providing general administrative support.
