Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash handling and sales transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
