What You'll Do: 

• Support users on L1 IT assistance, install apps, setup peripherals, onsite and remote network, VPN, windows, office 365 and company apps troubleshooting. 
• Image new computers.
• Monitor cybersecurity and address vulnerabilities on our company pc´s .
• Helping on replace or move infrastructure company hardware’s (server, routers, Wi-Fi antennas, switches)
• IT coverage on company events

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
• Some hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, personal projects, or part-time IT support roles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches).
• Interest in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
