Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sous Chef located in Estero, FL. The Sous Chef will assist in planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals as part of daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflows. The Sous Chef will also contribute to menu planning and collaborate with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
Qualifications
- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Team Leadership: Experience in supervising and motivating kitchen staff and managing workflow
- Food Safety: Knowledge of sanitation practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
