We are hiring for the morning shift, must be able to open 11:30 - 4:30 Monday -Friday

Pelican’s SnoBalls was born from a New Orleans tradition of combining smooth fluffy snow with bold flavors, Pelican’s SnoBalls has been serving over 100 fantastic flavors to its customers for over 25 years!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Accurately take orders, shave Snoballs, pour syrups and serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Ensure that customer service is always of its highest quality
• Keep all supplies stocked and well organized
• Potentially attend and serve customers at events away from the store location
• Must be able to work afternoons and weekends
• Treat all team members and management with respect and create a positive work environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Age: 16 years old
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift, up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Flexible Availability: including days, evenings, weekends and holidays; highest consideration will be given to applicants with flexible availability
• Ability to act with a "customer first" attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
