We specialize in residential roofing across Sarasota and Manatee counties, working with homeowners, HOAs, and multi-unit properties. Our services include shingle, metal, tile, TPO, and modified roofing systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and build relationships
- Generate your own leads (some warm leads provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance processes
- Capture roof photos, document inspections, and update our CRM (JobNimbus)
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth installs
- Represent Pelican Roofing FL with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus — whether you’ve sold cars, sold anything, or just know how to connect with people
- Roofing experience is not required — we’ll train you!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday appointments
- Occasional weekends during busy seasons
- Evening flexibility when needed
