We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to become the operational hub of our production department.

This isn't simply an administrative position. You'll be the air traffic controller for dozens of roofing projects happening simultaneously across South Louisiana, making sure every permit, inspection, and project milestone stays on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate permits with more than 25 parish and municipal permitting offices throughout Louisiana.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each parish's permitting, inspection, and permit closeout requirements.
• Schedule inspections and ensure projects are prepared before inspectors arrive.
• Communicate inspection requirements—including geotag photo documentation and in-person inspections—to our Project Managers.
• Track permits from application through final approval and closeout.
• Monitor daily production schedules to understand what projects are happening and anticipate upcoming permitting needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with parish permitting offices and inspectors.
• Maintain accurate records and update company software with permit statuses.
• Identify potential permitting issues before they delay production.
• Work closely with our Operations Manager and Production Manager to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Carry out other tasks delegated from Operations. Tasks may require a minimum amount of time in the field and getting on roofs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, permitting, project coordination, operations, or administrative management.
• General understanding of construction terminology.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Roofing knowledge is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset and organizational skills.
