- Assist with unit turns and make-readies
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property
- Experience in multifamily maintenance, construction, or handyman work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and team mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
