Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians and production teams.
- Maintains work area(s) and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- Maintains daily production and other records as required.
- Performs other related duties as required or directed.
- 2-5 years in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- High school diploma or technical certification preferred
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
