The Role

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team. You will be the face of Pelican Pest Control, visiting residential properties to provide our pest and termite protection.

You don't need to be experienced, we will train the right person. What you do need is a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with our customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide Top-Tier Service: Conduct thorough inspections and apply safe, effective pest control treatments to the exterior and interior of residential properties.
• Problem Solve: Identify pest entry points, conducive conditions, and recommend solutions to keep homes pest-free.
• Manage Your Route: Safely drive a company vehicle, manage your daily schedule efficiently using our software, and keep your equipment clean and organized.
• Grow With Us: Identify opportunities to offer additional services (like mosquito treatments and termite control) to customers who would benefit from them.

What We're Looking For

• No prior pest control experience required! We provide full, paid training and licensing.
• A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
• Someone who is comfortable working independently and managing their time well.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, walking).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
