Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bonita Springs, FL. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new residential and community clients, as well as expanding services with existing accounts. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, conducting on-site property assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating service agreements. The role collaborates closely with account managers and operations teams to ensure promised services align with capabilities and client expectations. The Business Development Manager also tracks sales metrics, maintains an up-to-date CRM pipeline, participates in local networking and community events, and works with leadership to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in new business development, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in client relationship management, including on-site visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, or property management services, or a strong interest in learning the industry quickly.
- Ability to analyze property needs, develop tailored service proposals, and understand competitive pricing structures.
- Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations), and mobile communication tools.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites and community events.
