The Role
HVAC Installer / Lead Installer
Install residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork start to finish. Leads run jobs and mentor helpers.

Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork start to finish
- Ensure proper setup, performance, and clean, code-compliant installs
- Talk with homeowners — explain the work in plain language and answer their questions
- Recommend upgrades and options that fit the customer's needs, and help them decide
- Deliver a great customer experience in every home
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Mentor helpers/apprentices
Requirements
- HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and work in field conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
