What You'll Do: The Services Lead is responsible for leading a team of associates in all areas of refurbishment and service operations. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards. The Services Lead provides training, guidance, and performance support to team members while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position is cross-functional, requiring the flexibility to rotate across departments based on business needs.

  • Lead Service Operations: Direct and perform all refurbishment and service-related tasks to meet production goals and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate Daily Workflows: Plan and assign work schedules for service associates, balancing staffing levels and workloads to meet shifting operational priorities.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide onboarding, job-specific training, and in-process coaching for new and existing associates. Deliver annual training for service center personnel on service procedures and other assigned topics.
  • Monitor Production Priorities: Review job orders to ensure deadlines and customer commitments are consistently met.
  • Manage Inventory Systems: Utilize manual or electronic systems to record, track, and maintain order and inventory data accurately.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to resolve workflow issues, improve processes, and maintain operational alignment.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all service-related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all service documentation adheres to good documentation practices (GDP) and that associates follow ISO, Quality, and Safety (AWAIRS) standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, and team performance.
  • Perform Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM Eastern Time

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, preferably an Associate’s Degree in a technical / business field.
  • Knowledge of warehouse layouts and safe operation of material handling equipment, including 2-wheelers, lift trucks, pallet jacks, or motorized forklifts.
  • Willingness to train and become certified in the safe use of all material handling equipment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job-related documents, functions, or assignments.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability plans, and matching 401k to eligible employees.
