Position Summary:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of guests to and from various resort facilities, providing exceptional customer service along the way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate resort shuttle vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and resort policies.

· Greet and assist guests with a courteous and welcoming attitude, ensuring their comfort during transit.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, both inside and out.

· Keep track of daily schedules, routes, and assignments to ensure timely and accurate transportation for guests.

· Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.

· Collaborate with the front desk and guest services teams to coordinate transportation requests and address guest needs.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· Excellent driving skills with a proven track record of safety and responsible driving practices.

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

· Ability to adapt to changing schedules, weather conditions, and guest requirements.

· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including regular checks for fuel, oil, and cleanliness.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Previous experience in a similar shuttle driving or customer service role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a vehicle for multiple hours at a time, up to 8 hours.

· Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting lightweight to moderate loads.

· Good vision and hearing, ensuring awareness of surroundings and ability to communicate effectively.

· Ability to handle various weather conditions and the physical demands of the role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
