Pelham Hospitality, Inc. dba Pelham House Resort, located in Dennis
Port, MA; Pelham on Earle, located in West Harwich, MA; and, Pelham on
Main, located in West Dennis, MA all on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and in
Barnstable County: Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2026-11/01/2026, 40 hours
p/week, 5 days p/week, days and shifts may vary, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm,
8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm,
3pm-11pm, and/or 4pm-12am. (10) Openings. Will train to greet and assist
guests to check in and out of hotel, assign rooms, issue room keys,
process cash and credit card transactions, and make reservations.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and
effectively. Handle guest complaints and issues professionally. Offer
recommendations for dining options, recreational activities, and
entertainment. Assist guests in arranging transportation, tours,
restaurant reservations, spa appointments and other special services.
Supply guests with directions and information about nearby points of
interest. Must maintain thorough knowledge of the resort portfolio of
resorts/restaurants/hours of operation/amenities. No education or prior
experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. \$19.42 p/hour
or \$29.13 p/hour for overtime as it may be available. Transportation
(including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of
employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the
worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will
be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is
dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or
reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common
carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided
at a rate of \$16.28 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$68 p/day with
receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,
supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employers will use
a single work week for computing wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and
ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Friday
(bi-weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with
reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa
processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions
required by law will be deducted bi-weekly. Lodging may be available
through the employer. If housing is provided by the employer, employee
cost for housing is \$200 per week and is paid directly by employee to
employer each pay period. Housing is optional. Transportation is
provided to worksite from employee housing by employee shuttle.
