Pelham Hospitality, Inc. dba Pelham House Resort, located in Dennis
Port, MA; Pelham on Earle, located in West Harwich, MA; and Love Farms,
located in West Dennis, MA all on Cape Cod and in Barnstable County:
Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2026-11/03/2026, 40 hours p/week, 5 days
p/week, days and shifts may vary. Weekends and holidays are required.
Shifts required to work are: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm,
10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, and/or
4pm-12am. (10) Openings. Will train to open and close the restaurant(s)
and run an entire lunch/brunch/dinner shift, assigning duties to staff
members. Responsible for training servers and support staff, resolving
personnel issues, ensure staff is up to date on menu items (daily
meetings) and service standards and restaurant is kept up to our
cleaning standards. Responsible for ensuring staff is scheduled
according to daily volume. Ensure all silverware, glassware, linens,
uniforms and front of house service items are properly presented and
stored. Ensure all guests enjoy their dining experience. Resolve
customer complaints regarding food quality and service and resolve
grievances. Supervise workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
Assign duties, responsibilities and workstations to employees in
accordance with business requirements. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
and stand for prolonged periods of time. No education or prior
experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. \$25.47 p/hour
or \$38.21 p/hour for overtime as it may be available. Transportation
(including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of
employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the
worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will
be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is
dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or
reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common
carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided
at a rate of \$16.28 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$68 p/day with
receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,
supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employers will use
a single workweek for computing wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and
ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Friday
(bi-weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with
reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa
processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions
required by law will be deducted bi-weekly. Lodging may be available
through the employer. If housing is provided by the employer, employee
cost for housing is \$200 per week and is paid directly by employee to
employer each pay period. Housing is optional. Transportation is
provided to worksite from employee housing by employee shuttle.
