Pelham Hospitality, Inc. dba Pelham House Resort located in Dennis Port,
MA; Pelham on Earle, located in West Harwich, MA; and Love Farms,
located in West Dennis, MA all on Cape Cod and in Barnstable County:
Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2026-11/03/2026, 40 hours p/week, 5 days
p/week, days and shifts may vary. Shifts that may be required: 6am-2pm,
7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm,
2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, and/or 4pm-12am. (5) Openings. Will train to assist
in food preparation and collaborate with the Executive/Head Chef. Help
with the design, testing and implementation of the food and drink menu.
Produce high-quality plates for customers in both design and taste.
Assist with inventory, ordering and management of supplies. Ensure that
food is high quality and that kitchen is in good, clean and hygienic
condition. Keep work and food prep stations clean and comply with food
safety standards. Maintain the schedule for staff shifts. Must be able
to stand for an extended period of time and be able to move, lift,
carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 80
pounds. No education or prior experience is required. On the job
training is provided. \$36.13 p/hour or \$54.20 p/hour for overtime as
may be available. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent
necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its
cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment
period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes
the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount
of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most
economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 p/day during
travel to a maximum of \$68 p/day with receipts. The employer will
provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required
to perform the job. Employers will use a single workweek for computing
wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the
employee will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by company check. H-2B
workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the
first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except
passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted
bi-weekly. Lodging may be available through the employer. If housing is
provided by the employer, employee cost for housing is \$200 per week
and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period. Housing is
optional. Transportation is provided to worksite from employee housing
