Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our closed-door pharmacy team in Waltham, MA. This role focuses on prescription fulfillment, medication packaging, and operational support in a non-retail, production-based pharmacy environment. Pay based on license and experience $22-$25 per hour. Shift 9:30am-6:00pm. Please provide your PTCB license number with the resume.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, fill, and package prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Assist with medication order processing, data entry, and prescription verification support.
- Support cycle fills, batch processing, and multi-dose packaging operations.
- Maintain proper labeling and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform inventory management tasks including receiving, stocking, and expiration date monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure timely medication dispensing.
- Adhere to all Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician registration.
- National certification (CPhT) preferred; may be required depending on experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in a closed-door, long-term care, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy setting.
- Experience with pharmacy management software systems.
- Knowledge of multi-dose packaging or compliance packaging.
