Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized attorney with 2–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including lender representation
- Prepare, review, and analyze real estate documents, advising clients throughout the process
- Communicate regularly with clients, realtors, lenders, and other transaction parties
- Review abstracts of title, title commitments, and title reports
- Attend closings and guide clients through closing documentation
Qualifications
- Admitted to the NYS Bar Association
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
