We are looking for a reliable Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team and help us deliver exceptional meals to our community.
What You Will Do
- Daily Prep: Follow the chef’s daily prep list to get the kitchen ready for busy service.
- Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and slice fresh produce, meats, and traditional Mediterranean ingredients.
- Quality Control: Properly measure, portion, label, date, and rotate all food items.
- Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.
- Teamwork: Assist line cooks and dishwashers as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including slicing, chopping, and portioning
- Familiarity with food safety standards in production environments and handling protocol.
