Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Full Time Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while delivering a memorable dining experience. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits confidently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in wine knowledge sharing with guests and recommend pairings to elevate their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous experience in roles such as host/hostess or cashiering is advantageous.
