We’re looking for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial Paid Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid digital strategy across multiple restaurant brands. This role will own campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and performance across key digital channels while helping drive traffic, awareness, and sales and is primarily based in office, with one flexible remote workday per week.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on- someone who can confidently manage campaigns, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and communicate results clearly to leadership. This person should thrive working independently, stay current on evolving digital trends, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and manage paid digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including:
- Paid Search
- Performance Max (PMAX)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube
- Display Advertising
- Apple Search Ads
- Google App Campaigns / Android Search Ads
- Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance KPIs including ROAS,CPA, conversions, traffic, impressions, engagement, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reporting summaries outlining campaign performance, trends, optimizations, and recommendations.
- Build clear, professional presentations and performance recaps for leadership and ownership.
- Identify new growth opportunities, audience strategies, platform enhancements, and emerging digital marketing tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and any external agency/vendor partners.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and make strategic recommendations to maximize return on spend.
- Lead testing initiatives including audience segmentation, creative testing, messaging tests, and campaign optimization efforts.
- Stay current on industry trends, AI-driven marketing tools, platform updates, privacy changes, and evolving digital best practices.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, promotional calendars, and overall business priorities.
What We Require:
- 4 years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-location consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
- Experience working within platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Apple Search Ads
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio
- Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including presenting campaign results and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
