The Order Puller is responsible for the picking and pulling of parts throughout the warehouse while adhering to departmental processes and procedures. This role requires a basic understanding of order pulling principles in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong accuracy focus
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to read Pick Suggestions and Work Orders
- Knowledge of FIFO practices and lot traceability
- Comfortable operating an order puller scanner
- Open to cross-training in other Shipping area
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Pull parts from Pick Suggestions and Pick & Ship Work Orders
- Confirm Pick and Ship Work Orders
- Utilize weigh scales to count parts accurately
- Complete all inventory and warehouse documentation to ISO9001 / AS9100 standards
- Maintain a clean work area using 5S principles
- Stock order pulling cart with required materials
- Assist in training new employees in core skills
- Manual lifting up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 70 lbs. on occasion (with assistance).
- Repetitive detailed work with hands for 8 hours of the day.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.
- Be able to reach overhead with or without the aid of a ladder or step stool.
- Ability to Grip/Grasp at least 8 hours of the day.
