Daily tasks include handling cases in business law, real estate, estate planning, and closely-held businesses, ensuring that the clients receive the best legal support possible.
- Proficiency in Business Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Skilled in providing Legal Advice and Negotiation
- Strong Research abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
- Experience in real estate and estate planning law is a plus
