We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence in the luxury real estate market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of how to position a brand to attract high-end clientele. You will be responsible for shaping our visual identity, growing our digital presence, and supporting business development through thoughtful, elevated marketing.
The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and strategizing external communications, including but not limited to print / digital marketing campaigns, social media accounts, website optimization, media relations, events, sponsorships and creating captivating content for both organic and paid social media campaigns to elevate our brand’s presence.

General Description of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our luxury brand identity
- Create and curate high-quality content showcasing staged properties, before-and-afters, and design details
- Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Capture on-site photo and video content during staging installations and completed projects
- Write compelling captions and brand-aligned messaging that speaks to luxury real estate audiences
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to highlight projects and client success stories
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to drive engagement and growth
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract high-end real estate partnerships
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field
- Strong visual eye with an understanding of interior design, composition, and branding
- Experience creating content for luxury brands, real estate, or design-focused businesses preferred
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, or similar)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to a luxury audience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Comfortable working in both creative and strategic capacities
- A creative storyteller with a refined aesthetic and attention to detail
- Someone who understands how to market to a luxury audience
- A self-starter who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas
