Administrative Support Worker – GSA Facilities - Fayetteville, AR
Summary:
Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Production Control Clerk acts as a central point of contact for the Government and building occupants to take service calls, track and maintain service call records in the NCMMS. This includes other service calls, inspections, and work order records from other building service providers such as Elevator Maintenance and Custodial Services.
Essential Duties:
NCMMS functions including, but not limited to:
Health and Welfare Fringe: $5.07 p/hour
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.

Administrative Support Worker – GSA Facilities - Fayetteville, AR
Summary:
Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Production Control Clerk acts as a central point of contact for the Government and building occupants to take service calls, track and maintain service call records in the NCMMS. This includes other service calls, inspections, and work order records from other building service providers such as Elevator Maintenance and Custodial Services.
- In addition, this includes performing a central service call desk function for the facilities.
Essential Duties:
NCMMS functions including, but not limited to:
- Print and issue work orders.
- Close work orders
- Accept and input service calls and work orders from other service contractors.
- Receive and process tenant service requests.
- Update and maintain inventories.
- Address GSALink spark data
- Create reports as requested.
- Attend GSA training (usually on site or via computer online)
- Data input and database software (Maximo and/or NCMMS preferred)
- Work order tracking
- Word Processing software
- Customer Service
