Highlights Of The Senior Property Accountant Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in property management accounting (senior living or multifamily preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software (MRI and Yardi a plus)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- In office at least once per week
- Oversee 8-11 properties
