Qualifications
- Current license as an LVN/LPN or RN
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience working with seniors (preferred)
- Knowledge of drug actions and interactions with strong assessment skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills (preferred)
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Provide high-quality nursing care to senior residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans
- Monitor residents' health and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
