The salary range for this position is $70,340 to $79,950. - Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
- Proven success in management and leadership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
