What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, tours, follow-up, and signed agreements
- Build and maintain a referral network with hospitals, physicians, and social workers
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly census goals
- Deliver personalized tours that convert prospects into residents
- Maintain a clean CRM and report on pipeline and conversion metrics
- 4 years of proven sales experience with measurable results
- Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable — you set the pace
- Outgoing and persuasive with strong relationship-building skills
- Empathetic communicator — this sale involves families making hard decisions
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales background a plus
- Competitive base commission
