Division Order Tech

Position: Division Order Tech (On-Site Fort Worth, TX)

Responsibilities:

·        Scan, index, and manage incoming Division Order mail

·        Assist with returning Division Orders and ensuring new wells are placed in pay status

·        Support Division Order Analysts by communicating with operators regarding ownership issues and interest discrepancies

·        Send notices to operators regarding new acquisitions

·        Create and update Enertia decks

·        Perform basic Division Order calculations

·        Maintain system records related to Division Orders

·        Coordinate with Accounting and Land departments

·        Assist with other Division Order projects as needed

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience

Experience:

·        Division Order experience required; 2 years preferred

·        Experience with properties in the Permian Basin or Appalachian Basins

·        LandVantage and Enertia experience a plus

Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

·        Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned deadlines
