This position serves as a key point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely, solution-focused manner. Daily responsibilities include coordinating resident services and events, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, and supporting leasing and renewal activities as needed. The role also involves collaborating with the onsite team and vendors to ensure work orders are completed, amenities are well maintained, and community standards are consistently upheld. The Resident Services Coordinator helps promote a welcoming, inclusive community atmosphere and supports office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication tracking.
