Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Leander, TX. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of pools and pool equipment. Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and resolving equipment problems, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal functionality and the satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of pool systems and equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Field Service and managing on-site tasks independently
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Knowledge of routine Maintenance procedures and tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
