Job Duties:
- Look for defects in raw material while masking
- Clean raw material prior to masking
- Update masking log
- Wash and dry parts, segregate .030" from .045" panels
- Pull aluminum template and overlay on actual parts, spot check for process inspection
- Apply velcro per template
- Part Mark per Manufacturing work order in compliance to Boeing's standard
- Maintain two weeks ahead of production schedule
- Notify Production Supervisor of needs, concerns and ordering consumables
- Operate vertical saw
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Skills / Knowledge:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Ability to multi task in a dynamic, fast moving environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend and squat throughout an 8-hour shift
- Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift
MUST be VERY detail oriented, and able to take minimal direction
