**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow maintenance schedules
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the inside of the building, offices, and common areas including cleaning, trash removal, and floor upkeep
- Keep the grounds in good condition by performing outside building repairs, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal
- Prepare apartments for new residents and refurbish units after move-outs
- Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment
