- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, etc.
- Repair aircraft discrepancies efficiently, while properly documenting all work performed.
- Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical, or hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to current data and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
- Ability to supervise and train other technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Maintenance.
