Role Overview
Title: Market Manager â Southern California Location: Los Angeles area (flexible but must be inâŻSouthern California) Reports To: Head of Sales - West
As the first full time market manager you will work closely with the state manager to grow the key area of Socal executing our initial market strategy. As we expand youâll be the go-to leader building and across SoCal.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute on-premise and off-premise sales strategies across SoCal (LA, San Diego, OC, Inland Empire).
· Grow existing and new relationships with 80/20 split on premise to off premise retail accounts
· Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and event partners.
· Collaborate on creative brand activations, tastings, launch events, and influencer outreach.
· Analyze market feedback and sales data; refine strategy and report results to HQ.
· Manage inventory forecasting, pricing, and promotional programs.
· Act as the face of Pegasus in your regionâattend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.
What Weâre Looking For
· 3â5 years of sales or account management experience in spirits or F&B in California, ideally with on and off premise relationships.
· Proven track record opening new accounts and growing a territory.
· Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindsetâcomfortable building from scratch.
· Strong network in Southern California beverage market, hospitality, or retail.
· Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to travel within the region regularly.
