What You’ll Do- Sit with homeowners, sketch their dream, nail the budget.
- Turn concepts into stamped CDs in Chief Architect (or equal).
- Run trade bid meetings, keep estimates tight.
- Walk job sites with PMs, own the details through CO.
- 6 yrs residential design (permit sets, client reviews).
- 3 yrs construction process (you’ve smelled sawdust).
- Chief Architect fluency – we’ll open a .plan file in the interview.
- People skills that turn nervous clients into raving fans.
- $80K–$120K base performance bonus profit share (real checks).
- Full ARE licensure sponsorship – study time, exam fees, mentorship.
