Position Summary
As a Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will provide professional cleaning services for homes, offices, and commercial facilities. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure every property is cleaned thoroughly and consistently according to Pegasus Cleaning Services' quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial facilities according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean mirrors, glass, windows (where applicable), and other surfaces.
- Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies when required.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor machines, and other tools.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns.
- Travel between customer locations as scheduled.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service during every visit.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance while representing Pegasus Cleaning Services.
Qualifications
- Residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- Part-time: 10 to 25 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Morning, daytime, and evening shifts available
- Occasional weekend work based on customer needs (Saturdays off)
- Additional hours available as new contracts are awarded
