General Responsibilities
Maintain office buildings, or other commercial buildings, in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on the job site assigned to. The dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This position ensures all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use, supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday: 2 pm -10:30 pm
Tuesday - Friday: 10 am - 6:30 pm, AND Saturday 6 am- 2:30 pm
Pay rate: $17.50/hour.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, sinks, and surrounding workspaces
- Empty clean dishwashers and properly store clean kitchenware in designated areas
- Wipe down walls and other general equipment, including microwaves, toasters, and coffee makers
- Empty trash cans around the property, replacing trash bags
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with safety and sanitization guidelines
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors and common areas
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
- Good hygiene skills are required
- Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required
- Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I-9 and E-Verify process
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

- This role involves working in a hot, humid, and noisy kitchen setting
Requirements:
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- California Food Handlers Card
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen (if applicable)
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred
